With over 20 years of experience in development and construction on the West Coast, Charles brings a broad skill set and deep industry knowledge to every project. His background includes working with developers, general contractors, subcontractors, trade partners, and local jurisdictions, giving him a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle — from planning and design through permitting, land development, construction, and follow-through after completion.
